Seeking Network Systems Technician For Multi-Office Facilities. (2)
Provide Basic hardware and software support to clinical staff. Work with the physicians, research staff, administration and management staff to troubleshoot, train on new equipment, and maintain daily clinic and customer service operations. Maintain network security, new integrations with third party softwares, and find solutions for customer-specific needs. Design network, application systems and infrastructure of networking operations. Provide excellent maintenance, installation, and day-to-day operational functions, while interacting with clinic staff and customers.
Network Systems Technical Knowledge.
Previous Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years experience in a multi-vendor network. Experience with TCP/IP, Layer 2/3 Switching/Routing using Meraki (layer 2/3 and wireless hardware). Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of networks such as TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, and VPN and network services. Knowledge of Avaya IP Office a plus.
Planning network solutions based upon Cisco/Meraki equipment – Intermediate complexity. In depth knowledge and understanding of firewalls, routers, printers and ability to identify issues and problems in order to find solutions. Ability to design, implement and design security network issues.
Ability to communicate effectively. Comprehend new technologies, and complex photography equipment. Written and Verbal communication very important. Independent Worker and Ability to Work as a Team
Associate Degree or 1-2 year of vocational technical training preferred.
Advanced Certifications for equipment supported.
