General contractor specializing in remodeling residential sales position.

Need To Hire Immediately

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written.
  • Time management skills and organization skills to include ability to keep current clients updated and informed of progress.
  • Excellent knowledge of residential construction, with strong knowledge of the process of managing interior and exterior residential remodeling projects including time management and materials required.
  • Computer literate, and knowledge of software programs such as platforms that are similar to Buildertrend and Trello.
  • Motivated Company Representative, with a very open mind to learning new approaches to achieving goals and obtaining positive results in a timely manner.
  • Sales personality with strong ability to gain trust from new and previous clients, as well as, fellow project associates. Ability to maintain a 40% positive job conversion rate. Expected proposal turn around time after meeting with clients is two days.
  • Provide project information regarding progress, price information, necessary changes, and construction requirements with customers, Homeprep vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and finalize the residential construction agreements with clients and involved production team. Maintain accurate up-to-date information regarding pricing within the company’s internal product catalog.
  • Own Automobile and current valid driver’s license.

Renovation focusing on make-ready for residential sales—DC/Maryland/Virginia area—50K base + 3% of gross sales—small growing company—paid vacation but no healthcare, provides reimbursement for mileage, leads are provided by the employer through their contacts in the real estate industry: 

  • The lead estimator residential salesperson is responsible for securing new construction jobs.
  • He/she will be meeting with homeowners and real estate agents to discuss and develop scopes of work for both pre-sale and custom renovation projects.
  • He/she will then be responsible for providing accurate and detailed cost estimates/construction proposals.
  • The estimator-salesperson will be responsible for presenting the proposals to prospective clients, answering any questions, refining the scopes of work accordingly and ultimately securing the job.

KPI’s:  Generate a minimum of $2M in construction revenue, maintain a job conversion  rate of 40% or higher.
